So I decided to give BfA a try. Re-subbed and bought the newest expansion. A few hours after logging in, I noticed that I cannot use the Auction House or send in-game mail on any of my characters. Every time I try to use those features an error message comes out saying starter edition accounts cannot perform that action. Re-logging or reloading the UI won’t help. Everything else seems fine with my subscription/account. Is this something that will fix by itself and I have just to wait a bit more or should I open a ticket?
It takes up to 24 hours from the time of payment, for restrictions to be lifted. If it has been more than 24 hours, then its possible your payment failed, or other problems happened, and you will need to open a ticket and talk to support.
The forums is not the place to discuss payment related issues due to GDPR.

Thanks for the answer. No need to worry I guess. I’ll wait for tomorrow then and see if the problem goes away.
