In my account settings it says that my account is inactive and I also can’t post in the forums due to this, but I can still play the game.
Whenever I try to buy new gametime my payment seems to be processing forever. I also tried it with different payment methods but no success.
Edit: Wrote a ticket and a GM told me to buy game time instead of a subscription and this solved the problem.
