Cant click on the middle of the screen

Hi all,
I’ve just returned to WoW after a short break and have noticed that there’s something invisible, blocking the middle of my screen, meaning I cant click, attack, or rotate camera. I used the command /Framestack and its come back with this:

Can anyone give me some advice on where to go from here please?
