Can't do "To Tame A Thunderspine" questline on an alt

Hello there,

I’m on the journey to get the Divine Kiss of Ohn’ahra mount.

I’m currently having problems with starting the prereq questline (to get Lizi).

I’ve completed the questline to get Lizi to the springs (last quest is https://www.wowhead.com/quest=66676/sneaking-in), but now after many weeks and resets, I am still not offered the following daily chain starting with:

I’ve already done this questline and got Lizzie on an alt, but I want to complete it on this char as well. Any clue why I am not able to pick it up? I do have the renown required, too.

I have the exact same issue. Did the questline on my main, but get the starting quest on my alt. Let me know if you got it working and how.
