Can't enter the Emerald Dream

After trying to get the Owl for my druid I found that I haven’t played him in DF so I hopped on my DH to finish the campaign since I was 5/9 on him. After getting to the Emerald Dream and finishing the Enter the Dream questline I hopped on my Druid just to find that I cannot enter the Emerald dream. Not through the big portal in Ohn’ahran plains nor even the portal in Valdrakken which is not even there for me.

Does anyone have anything that I should do? My druid is lvl 90.

I think there’s a few more quests to do after the storyline that sets up a portal for alts in valdrakken, too.

I followed a guide in the comment section of wowhead and it works on all my chars. Gl
