On one of my characters, after obtaining the achievement “Gilded of the Ethereal,” I don’t have the option at the vendor Vaskarn in Dornogal to exchange smaller crests for larger ones (Weathered to Carved, Carved to Runed, or Runed to Gilded). Any ideea ?
