Can't make character transfer working

Hi,

I just buyed char. transfer to my main account. Sadly, some mail hit my mailbox ingame. Now I have error message on my character. Message says that I should clear my mailbox.

Well, I will like to clear that mailbox but I can’t enter to world until the process will be done.

So how I can get in the game to clear the mail?

You would need to open a ticket. A game master will either do it for you or grant you a day to do the needful on your character so you can arrange the PCT.
