I can’t post on the forums. I have a chosen character which is at least level 10, I have changed my password, I AM on the right forums (EU), I have game time. The New Topic button is there, beside a bell, but unclickable.

Hey Sendaila,
It can take a few minutes for newly created accounts to be able and post on the forums (outside of Technical Support). What you can try and do, is to change your password. Doing so forces an account update, which at times can speed up this process.

As I wrote in my post, I already tried changing my password (1 hour ago). My account is not newly created but I recently re-subscribed, but that was done in the beginning of this week (several days ago). But perhaps I just need to wait some more.
