I downed the Vale WB in a raid group and the ring dropped twice. I tried to trade the non-bonus-token one with someone else in that group who was even on the same realm as I, but it says “Soulbound items cannot be traded”.
WTH is going on? Some kind of special rule? But the guy said he remembers this used to work, and I seem to remember the same - seeing trading going on in these groups. (Or were those just attempts, too?)
World loot cant be traded as far as i know(their BoP) :c

You can only trade items if you’ve equipped an item with the same or higher item level in the same slot. Did you already have a ring equipped with the same ilvl?
Had cases in raid where I couldn’t trade a 460 despite having a 460 myself.

The guy eventually told me that, too, but didn’t mention a source for that info.
