Cataclym still not separate from Inferno

Hi all

This kinda makes me angry. Years and Years WL ask, cry and beg to separate Cataclysm and Inferno.

New Tant tree and they still didnt do it.

Choose:
tab Immolate, Tab immolate, Tab immolate, Tab immolate and then Rain of Fire.
or
Cataclysm and then Rain of fire, buuuuut 25% less dmg.

Why Blizzard WHY WHYYYYY.

I dont understand it. my head hurts. Someone explain to me how Cataclysm is to imba to be separated from Inferno.
