I dont play since a week, today I can play something but my 4 favorite characters can not loggin, I can loggin with new character in the same server, I can enter to legionRemix, but i can’t enter with my main to make the aniversary.

Same here. Got a few characters with this problem, but my main is the most important one to have this happening to.
Character: Holdmycros-Sanguino
Country: Spain
ISP: Vodafone
Same issue here. I can’t log in to any of my characters in the Kazzak/Arathor realms. Loading bar is stuck at 90% and then I get the error “Character not found”

We’re aware of an issue with the servers Dun Modr and C’thun currently being offline. Sanguino shouldn’t be affected, but it’s possible that more realms may be having issues because of this.
Our engineers are currently investigating.

I hope that is the real problem and we don’t have to wait more than a month like I’ve read from previous identical bugs.
If you’re not on Dun Modr and C’thun, what appears to be the issue exactly? Are you getting a character not found error when loading the character list?
The issue was when I tried to log in. It attempted to do so, but when reaching 90% of the loading bar, after a minute or so it brought me back to the character list with the prompt “Character not found”.
I wrote “was” cause it seems to be fixed already. Do you know if the DunModr/Cthun problem is also fixed? cause maybe there was some correlation.
Dun Modr and C’thun should be back up now, yes. 
If you’re not getting an error anymore, it was probably caused by this issue on these two realms.

Now that I think, those characters happened to be in a guild which is located in DunModr. That could explain it, idk I’m just glad it is fixed, also thanks for your attention @Yryadorne.
I am also able to log in now. The issue seems to be fixed
my server is zul’jin.
