Character Stuck, Self service not working

Hi,

I was doing the Tomb of Sargeras with this character, and a bug happened on The Desolate Host, which made it despawn. Since I was stuck in combat I tried to jump out the platform to get out of it… However, this made things much worse, as now I cannot release my spirit.

I used the Character Stuck service on that character, but all it did was moving my character to another room in the raid. I am still unable to release spirit. I cannot play and I don’t know what to do now.

Open a ticket using the support option on the top right.

Issue fixed itself by not playing for several hours.

For anyone who does the Tomb of Sargeras in the future; avoid killing the Desolate Host too fast. And if it bug out, do NOT jump out to die.
