Character Transfer - Is there any chance i could be excused from cooldown?

Greetings,

I have done transfer due to thinking that Shazzrah is better realm, but as time passed i’ve noticed that i’ve made such big mistake, and i tried aswell before contacting staff to “reverse” action, however it was late by their words. Now i tried to pay again, since i noticed its on 25% cheaper. However it says i still have cooldown, so i’d like to ask staff is there any chance i could be excused to get this thing while its cheap, or i have to wait to pay more? if that is the case, then my topic can be ignored. I am only interrested into doing this as i saw its cheaper. :slight_smile:

I believe it’s one of the reasons a cooldown exists in the first place.

Yes sir, however then why 25% on it, and once i get released from cooldown it will be late… :open_mouth:

Hello Cull,

While I appreciate your situation, I’m afraid support wouldn’t be able to bypass service cooldowns as individual exceptions.
