hi , i transfer my demon hunter from lightbringer to Draenor realm (paid already) but by mistake i entered the character before process end. since 12 hours and more still not yet transferred. please any advise

I can’t see any transfer on this account for a Demonhunter. I’d suggest that you open a ticket and the colleagues will have a look for you.

You are probably picking up a category for your ticket that is trying to send you to some kind of self-resolve solution. Try this link instead :slight_smile:

i tried but same … there is no other way to contact them

That’s weird. When I click on that link and then on “Contact Us” I get to make a ticket.

We can’t solve transfer issues from here, so you really need to create a ticket.

Can you try a different browser to make sure it’s not an issue with your browser cache or anything like that?

If it still doesn’t work, what’s the message you are getting exactly?
