Hello everyone,
Whenever I tried to log in one my characters it fails and shows ‚World server is down‘. Can log in all other characters tho.
I have already tried all the solutions Blizzard gave me: reseting UI, repair on battlenet and the move stuck character keeps failing.
I‘ve got a ticket to contact a GM, but i cant find where. Can some one help me please
If this error happens on only one character, you can resolve it by moving the character. If the issue persists, reset your user interface and try again.
I did all of it and none of those options work
Same issue for me in Court of Stars.
I tried several times to use the Character Stuck Service which did not work, it would just say, “Oops! Something went wrong!” And then ask me to fill in a survey.
I then tried doing the whole “CacheOld, InterfaceOld, WTFOld” thing and starting fresh and that also didn’t work. Those are all of the provided solutions for this problem and it still persists.
I got a bit creative and tried deleting the character then using my monthly free Undelete to hope that would move them to Orgrimmar and fix the issue but nope.

here they made it so hard to reach this just so they don’t deal with any kind of bs
