Hey i just bought the new wow heroic expansion of dragonflight and didnt get the character boost but got everything else
Just to make sure, the boost is the WoW icon in the top right of your character screen next to the character list.
If it isn’t there I think doing what’s listed in the following article might help (it’s for SL but I don’t think they have a DF article yet).
- Visit your Transaction History and verify you purchased the Heroic or Epic edition. The Base edition does not include a boost. Also verify the order status is Complete.
- If you have multiple World of Warcraft accounts on your Battle.net account, make sure you launch the account you upgraded to Shadowlands. You can only use the free character boost on the WoW account you upgraded.
- Create a level 1 character to refresh your character selection screen.
- Log into a character, then log out back to your character selection screen.
If it doesn’t help, you’ll have to open a ticket.
