Characters not showing in mobile app

The character of my second account are not showing up in the mobile companion app.

The account that I played on earlier had no problem. The second account that I have and have no yet logged into shows a blank list of characters in the app.

The characters are on the Bronzebeard realm.

mine characters are missing as well. They deleted like 20 of them…

Bronzebeard got connected, you probably have to log in to the game and enter the realm to refresh the list.

Yep, that was the issue. Having logged in the characters are now available in the app.
