I always though this was very fitting to Death Knights:

But what I always found even more amazing is the way the chorus goes from:

Naturally, lines such as "As you suffocate, I shall breathe" and "As you perish, I shall live" are symbolic not of the Forsaken actually suddenly returning to life, but the fact that his existence is now defined by moments such as these, and it is only in extinguishing actual life that he remembers what is was like to be one of the living himself. The rest, of course, is just purely misanthropic in nature.

The combination of upbeat, overly optimistic bouncy "fun" music, intertwined with the obvious funeral theme, is probably exactly what the average Azerothian citizen hears going through their mind when they're at death's door and a Goblin shows up offering to help them out.

Then of course, for the actual theme which can be heard in the patient's head when it turns out Blix actually knows what she's doing ...

This is just how I imagine Blix's mind to be working when she starts to wiggle the fingers, because it looks like some ridiculously complex freestyling solo, and being a Goblin, her mind obviously works at a mile a minute with various layers of intricate, yet precise notes, blending together to create what in a musical sense, would be a short masterpiece such as this ...
