At around the 37 second mark is when she says one of those things where she thinks "STUPID, STUPID!" to herself, and the subsequent bit of dramatic music is an homage to the "end of the world" feeling she has every time she puts her foot in her mouth in a way she thinks is a big deal, but nobody around her really minds, before it all comes back around to the start of the song once the moment passes and ... we repeat.

My knowledge of the character is very limited, as even with skimming through the first few pages of post history I don't have very much to work with.
That said, a Gnomish DK isn't something you see every day. There is a track I'm drawn towards when I think of one no only because of the rarity of seeing one, but because its tone also goes with the overall atmosphere of a DK quite well... or at least I'd like to think so.
