This “anti-afk” disconnect is ridiculous. Why am I getting kicked out while I’m actively moving around and reading guild chat? Sure I can log back in, but losing chat log is very annoying.

You shouldn’t be disconnected while actively playing and this sounds more like a general connection issue. You can find more about this error here: WOW51900319.
If you need our help to have a look, you’d need to provide some diagnostics info in the form of your system files, as well as a WinMTR recorded as the issue is happening.

Seems very unlikely, I have another client running with no issues. More importantly, it happens after exactly 1 hour from logging in. Every time.
Now I’m even getting disconnected in combat, I’m leveling weapon skill and actively spamming Hamstring and still get DC after exactly 1 hour.
having the same problem since yesterday evening. 1-5 minutes in game and getting DC with this error. I never had this issue for years. But now i cant play… considering cancelling sub.

just installed client on my work Macbook Pro, and have the same issue there. Game disconnects. Tried another ISP - no luck, disconnects dont go anywhere. Sub cancelled.
I’m also having this issue, just came back and paid for the shadowlands bundle, wish i could cancel and get a refund!
one of the paid VPN services solved the problem for me. 3 hours w/o disconnects.
