Well you started the hostile way . True classic players are polite to each other i say again i asked a simple question. Sounds more problems then just layering.
What has got into this community and its players with being so rude and hostile never like this before its truly sad times.

Well, I just thought your question was weird. Since nobody got an answer for it and this thread is here to make noise, requesting some information from blizzard.
Anyway, have fun with your “true” classic, cause I aint having fun with mine 
I don’t think anyone is but why do people go out of there way to be hostile its just manners i just asked about raid ids thats all.
It’s called passion. After wanting something for so long and finally getting a shadow of what it once was because of all the bugs and exploits going on. Nothing I said was rude whatsoever.
We are starting to get bloody tired of people sayin BS and lying to us, people who dont know who the game is or was, tryin to defend something imposible to defend when everything has been said and done long ago, and now everything happens has expected.
Im tired, really tired, and very dissapointed by blizzard, and their new “toxic overly defensive” community.
They should refund us to beta testing their bloody version, this is serious stuff.

We all got passion for classic else we wouldn’t be here 15 years later.

I didn’t call anyone a lazy bastard. I asked what role someone who skips half the game would be and gave a suggestion. Hence the “?”

I’ve played since US servers 2004 during beta don’t try and speak down to me about things thanks.
Seen this coming months ago, made posts and all that warning about these types of exploits possible due to how layering works, and how it will affect the server. Way before launch guilds already prepped to use this newly introduced mechanic to benefit themselves, and even though Blizzard had the most clear picture on what layering can do, the players of course once again know how to use it even better. Surprise surprise.
The damage is done. Early, unique achievements during Classics special launch period already have had their credibility and authenticity greatly impaired thanks to layering providing plentiful ways to use it to speed up the leveling/gearing process significantly. Addons were created just as predicted that would allow for easier layer usage, etc.
The question is, will they really ban players for this? Blizzard knew, even without people telling them on the forums, what layering does and is capable of enablign in terms of gameplay. I’d have said the fact you can have multiple interchangable at will WorldS of Warcraft Classic is already game breaking (as it never was a mechanic at all in the OG game), and if it werent intended for Classic because “server health omg”, it would be considered a massive exploit served on a silver platter just by itself.
At least now that layering clearly shows its consequences in terms of amassing huge amounts of gold and gear otherwise NEVER possible in the original game at this pace, perhaps it will push them to disable layering early. But more likely some will get banned for being smart, and we’re gonna have this until the last 5 mins to P2, and face some very funny queues after that Blizzard for some reason was once again not able to forsee.
Curious to see what will happen to those players for now. I think this is all on Blizzard, and they had plenty of insight at their disposal to know this was coming and very much possible. But with this much exposure and bad press, i’m feeling a big banhammer is incoming to those smartypants…good luck.

So, back on topic.
Servers going down, no planed downtime today. I guess their seeing the noise? However. Now we need a official statement, and what their going to do about the abusers!

They should be perma banned imho but resetting all servers and players char to fresh would be far to harsh .

They will never do it , it would make way to many people quit, all server should not get punished because of few.
But the damage has be done so either reset or just let the damage happen economy’s ruined already.

Economy will settle after layering is gone, what they need to do is punish few people and take away all items gained from exploits.

At this point I dont even care if I have to start all over again because of their huge mistake. I just want them to bloody move there huge big lazy as.s.
I want my healthy game, with my healthy buddies and our healthy community.
But they should give us something in return, the services provided so far have been awful and slow.

They should be banned.
But no, they’re more interested in banning people for ‘trolling’ posts that are suggestions they don’t like on the forums.
