Since pre-patch update i havent been able to access classic. It says i need a subscription, but i do and its active. I can play retail and the other versions, but not classic. Made a ticet but got some answer that resulted in more questions than it answered.. Please help.

Generally the most common issue is that players are logging into the wrong license.
We’ve seen it very often that people are subbed to WoW1, but attempt to login to their WoW2 at the Classic screen.
