This last week. 13 kills (every class) mythic karazhan. Mythic freehold. Mythic jaina and 1x dragon soul hc for legendary rogue weapons. Zero mounts. And ppl who say rng is rng. * *. On twitter i see some got the most rare mounts within 10 runs and not only 1. But many like from freehold and mythic karazhan. This is ridiculous how for some players it looks like a dream and for others the buff is a curse. This is just false advertisement. Sure double loot. But why do some players get everything and others nothing? What do i have done wrong why the game hates me?

I dont believe its simply rng anymore. Because some people get 10+ mounts in 1 day and others get 0

the mount from Nightshade is 100% drop if you have a 5man group that isnt loot locked

Took me like 15 years to get the phoenix mount before this buff… others got it 1st go… RNG is RNG.

i got so many mounts already, i feel bad for ppl who farmed it raw. devalues their dedication or luck. i think its a slap in the face for many collectors and short sighted approach by blizz:(

It has worked for blizzard though .people are doing the event regardless and wow token gold price has gone up ~

i think it just helps people who don;t already have many mounts or are new to the game… my friend who doesnt care about mounts had like 2 mount drops from first tries.
Still running raids with over 100x lvl 70-80 chars alt army and not a single drop, solo and grouped
If you really dont get anything you might want to check raid settings. Today I noticed that entering Dragon Soul reset from Heroic to Normal. Fixed by leaving the instance (no boss killed), switching from heroic to normal and back to heroic.
To this day since the bounty buff came in effect, I have got 11 mounts. I have been farming on 5-6 characters depending on difficulty.

I mean i did nyalotha on my pala 4 times to finish the quest for skip so i can farm nztoh faster and the god damn mount droped this week after i turned in the quest to wrathion so now i have skip but nothing to farm 
To this day, I have gotten 2 mounts.
I’ve been farming on 10-20 chars every week.
I’m only doing this on one character, for the transmog, I have the mounts already and have had four duplicates. I’m not running every mount dropping boss ofc but the number of mounts dropping in gneneral is definitely increased with this buff.
Guild is full of so and so got mount x.
It’s a pretty bad event, in terms of design, because it’s so intangible.
You don’t really know what the drop chances of things are by default.
You also don’t really know how much they’re increased by in the event.
And you can’t really attribute a drop to the event itself, because it’s still a question of luck.
It’s just incredibly vague and intangible and arbitrary what the fruition of this event really is.
In terms of design it would have been better with bonus rolls, currencies, or something else that’s substantial and where you can really see what extra you’re getting.
