Combo Points/ Rage/ Mana and Energy @t the same time?

Hi,
Im looking for a solution to a problem that results from the incompetence of a company that cannot resolve it for since WoW has been a thing.
I need to know about my combat points regardless of my form.
Same with my energy/rage and mana.
Any ideas?

i think betterblizzplates addon can do that

I see them constantly in unitframe under mana regardless of form and my feral forms also show mana, could be betterblizzplate but Iā€™m not sure. I didnt do anything about it.
