Condemn weak aura

Hi Guys,

I am trying to make a simple horizontal bar in weak aura for fury warrior which will show me when condemn is usable on my current target. When I add condemn from the simple template the bar is always green (target is above 80% HP), even if condemn is on cooldown. Any tips?

Plater has built-in support for that on the nameplates.
