I adquired the conduit “Discipline of the grove” with the stygia system with item lvl 213, and its the same as it was in item lvl 200, that is, 6 seconds extra coldown reduce when usiing the Mage Night Fae skill: Shifting power.

Exact same issue, instead of a 3.3 seconds it should be 4 seconds.
I just upgraded mine and i am still wondering is there a difference between 200 ilvl and 213 ilvl ?
You got off easy it having the same effect at ilvl 213 and 200…
