Everyone else seeing them, but I’m unable to. Disabled all mods, and checked all quests currently obtained but nothing indicates. Completed them last week with no issues, anyone able to suggest anything?

If you joined already started bg , quest npc wont be there.
Quests are once per character per season.
So for example if you completed the AV quest for 150 CPs to kill the enemy general, that’s you done it. You won’t see it again until the next season which will be months from now.
