Constant Disconnects and High Latency

Had to type this out for a second time as Blizzard’s exceptional forums just lost my post as I tried to make it. Also tried submitting this as a ticket, but keep getting errors stopping me from submitting it. Which really is pretty exceptional, I’ve never seen a ticketting system work so badly, well done.

I keep getting disconnect playing WoW. This happens a couple of times and hour, and has happened constantly since 14/04/2021. The DCs seem normal, everyone else is running on the spot, people im playing with say im running on the spot, then I DC, and normally have to Alt+F4 and restart client to get back in. It happens more often in M+ and Rated BGs, thus barring me from doing actual fun content, but happens frequently enough when wondering the world. In M+ it seemed to happen a lot near Pridefuls.
I’ve tried all solutions except a total reinstall because reading forum posts on similar issues, no one reports that it works.

Some times the forums hold posts for a moderator review, especially if it seems spammy. Thats by design.

You can’t ticket a GM with “any random stuff” anymore. That’s also by design, because people were ticketing GM’s with things that they were either unable to assist with, or not allowed to assist with.

Then why am I getting an error message which reads like this?

You can’t submit this ticket.

An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.

It’s been a long while since I’ve had to submit a ticket for anything, but working from memory, don’t tickets have a maximum number of characters and a maximum attachment size?

Maybe you are/were exceeding those?

No I’m not. And if it were a good ticketing system it would flag something like that.
