I HAVE SOLVED IT! Maybe a fluke maybe not, If you cannot get the Second Sight quest try this: Fly over to Bladefist Bay by the Dock, dismount, walk along the dock, remount, head to the front of Orgrimmar and the correct phasing should have initiated! Worked for me, let me know if it works for you too!
