Customer Service agents resorting to threats/scare tactics

Please disregard the topic of the linked ticket as it’s not really relevant, I’m simply wondering if this behavior is condoned by Blizzard officially?

We do not discuss appeals against a suspension here. This is why I am closing here now. Every appeal is between the Customer and the Support themselves.
