Demonic Gateway Out-of-Combat

May we please have a change to this spell when out of combat lowering the CD to 20/30 seconds or removing it completey? This would make it much more fun to use and wouldn’t provide any benefit during encounters. Simply a handy exploration tool.

Edit: And limit the CD-reduction to world content to not be abused in instances.
