Demonology "to hell and back" talent obsevation

I am a demo main and something i have always hated was the talent “Demonic strenght” as it was an Aoe talent that was so good that even in solo target fights it was still taken over other talents who were meant for solo target , pretty much killing build variety for demonology warlocks as you were forced to play this one talent to be remotly competitive

So i was very happy when i saw that it was gone until now , after further testing i notices that despite it being gone there is a new substitute to it , the combo of “Implosion” and “to hell and back” from my testings its always gonna be better in both AOE scenarios and solo target scenarios and from what i have researched from sites that propose builds like icy veins and others most seem to agree that this talent combo is always to be taken in all scenarios

So this issue of having a talent or in this case of a duo of talents that are so good that they are mandatory to be taken all the time in all scenarios and thus destroying build variety for anyone who wishes to be competitive is still there and i would say its worst cause now its 2 talents that we might not like instead of just one that we are forced into taking

well to be fair soulharvester has alot of amps for demon bolts, so power ciphon can potentially be a better choice in ST at least.
But i would agree that it is quite stupid that in current m+ meta you want to implode 6 imps on ST just to get those 3 imp gang bosses with 50% bonus damage.

What they need to do is rather simple, just make so implosion gives the imps that it summon aoe damage, the 4 additional bolts it already shots.
And with power ciphon it amps those 3 imps by 50% instead.

Obviously they can just split it straight up as that would cause tuning issues but this would make the choice rather simplier for what you would want in a build.
