I went in WM to level an alt faster on AD and I am seeing Hordes everywhere from none-rp servers like Kazzak or Draenor. Did they change wm shards so that rp servers get sharded with non-rp servers ?
Didn’t that always happen? The main idea of Warmode (kinda) is that you get people from shards accross all servers to PvP with.

Then it would prevent people to Roll chars on AD only to get free WM boost without meeting Horde

Nope, up till now AD haven’t been sharded with others in WM.

People from Kazzak / Draenor were in a group with someone from Argent Dawn. I also did that - invited Horde friends from other realms to an RP shard. Because RP shards actually have Alliance targets.

Well I guess wm off it is then.
Be sure to turn it on at max level for world quests and do world quests in a group. +30% rewards is a lot.
