Did they stealth buff G.M.O.D. droprate?

I joined several normal battle of dazaralor runs and G.M.O.D. drops around 2 per run every time this week. Didn’t see it at all since last week. Almost seen it drop only once since then. Told my friend to join normal groups and she got it at 9th alt, which G.M.O.D. dropped for someone each run
