Didn't receive my Voidcore refund even though I've spent it before the patch

Hey Mav,

The bug was fixed before the patch via a hotfix. If you didn’t receive any, it means that you used your Voidcore after the hotfix.

It’s not really that confusing. I used both of my rolls on wednesday around 21:00 EU time. The patch went online for EU on Thursday around 5 AM.

I’m 100% sure of that.

I changed faction from horde to Alliance, before receiving the voidcores (after using the first ones), might that be a problem ? My char is undeleted now - was for a moment only. Can you check that ?
