DirectX 12 Microstutter?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone is experiencing any microstutter with DirectX12 in Windows 7? The frame rate seems to be keeping itself well over 100 at all times so i’m assuming it’s stutter rather than performance issues.
I don’t get said stutter when using the DirectX11 codepath. It also seems to be much worse in built up areas, i.e places with a lot of other players or NPCs.

My PC is the following (I can generate a DxDiag if needs be).

i7-5820K @ 4GHz
Asrock X99E-ITX
32GB DDR4
1TB Intel 600p SSD
ATI Vega 64 Reference (19.6.1 drivers)
Asetek AIO CPU cooler
Corsair SFX 750W

Try to disable raider io addon if you have that.

Okay, so I went thermonuclear and wiped Windows, did a complete reinstall and that seems to have fixed it. I did try removing addons before though, that wasn’t the issue.

At a guess i’d have to say either drivers were not being removed/installed correctly or the registry was just broked. Either way, success!
