So they try to trick us with a 2% (28% to 30%) attonement buff which is irrelevant because:
before patch 0.28 * 0.5 = 0.14
after patch 0.30 * 0.4 = 0.12
that’s a 14.3% nerf when healing 20 people with attonament.
