Hey, while it might not help you at all, it appears we are both using HOTNET’s services in Israel. I have been experiencing this issue the whole day today, it’s pretty frustrating. Makes me think it’s an issue from our ISP’s end. Did you try calling them? All I managed to get was “We don’t see any issue, it must be a problem from your end”

I’ve talked to numerous people from our country, even some who use HOTNET too and their experience is JUST FINE.
Yeah I was thinking on calling them but i had to make sure if it’s only my connections.
Not sure what to do atm, still waiting for a response from blizzard…
Giving the ISP a call may be a really good idea here. Judging from the WinMTR results there may be a problem somewhere on a handover within their regional network, but this cannot be definitely confirmed with a single remote test (it’ll need some hands-on work to be absolutely sure).
Letting their technicians look into this further would definitely make sense, you may also want to just forward the MTR results to them so they can use the data as a starting point for their investigation.
This disconnect every few minutes is happening to me as well in U.K.
Happnes to me aswell, started from yesterday.
internet stays conncected, only wow dc’s me every 5 mins.
also, it dc’s me from bnet, not just wow.
hope somone find a fix, cant realy play like this

Same here. Disconnecting bnet every 3-5 mins.

Problem still exists after maintenance
same prob here as well every few min i get DC and bnet also dc same time
not sure if its related but for a while now its been happening when im on silvermoon realm
i can play on draenor for hours and not get a single dc but in silvermoon i get them all the time
(im also with hotnet isp)
also would like to point out that i have no net issues at all in anything except wow & battlenet app
I just changed my ISP to Bezeq, the experience is as smooth as a butter now. I’d advice to all of you from Israel who have this issue (and most likely are connected to HOTNET) to just disconnect and throw in those extra 20 shekels for a better ISP 
that would be bezeqint? im with hot+hotnet so if i change to hot+ bezeqint? thx for the info aswell
in a previous post you said other friends of you with Hotnet dont have any problems, and also im seeing people from other countries posting that they are having bnet dc’s. so im not sure its a 100% isp problem.

i changed to hot+ bezeqint instead of hot+hotnet and no dcs for a good while think its safe to say it is that and other ppl getting dc from uk etc might be the odd connection issue that happens some times as it seem most of us here are in hotnet or were at least
have same problem since yesterday , I keep getting booted off the game as soon as it says " retrieving realm list" I thought it my ISP so I tried other games on steam and riot and it works perfect so relogged blizz and boom no game wants to connect
my whole raid is disconnecting, getting ready for MC (this isnt an issue with this guys internet, its YOUR guys internet!)
