I don’t understand this, I did the timewalking on my main, how do I send the XP buff to a low level alt?
Do a TW dungeon on the alt.

You have to be able to queue for a TimeWalking dungeon. So whatever level you need to be for that.
All my leveling characters are 60+ already so I can’t advise on lower levels. But all my 60+ characters got the 2 hour buff after the first dungeon.
Just do the dungeons can start at 36
Was about to ask about this as I wanted to put the buff on my rogue but this feels pointless GAH, this sucks I was waiting for this event aswell.
There is no “putting” the buff. Just do the dungeon and get the buff.
Doesnt work like that as you cannot queue for those dungeons at a low level, so you cant “Just do the dungeon”.

edit: Tho it’s written lvl 35 or higher in calendar.

It specifically states “For completing Timewalking dungeons you will gain knowledge of Timeways, increasing your experience gained temporarily”
No where there does it mention level requirements and this message is on my low lvl alts Calendar.

Printscreen you have posted pertains to special five week event, however, you can to see requirements for time walking by clicking on TW event which is row below.
I don’t know, I wasn’t able to queue with my low level alts and in game it said the requirement was level 60 and 180 ilvl. I even had to buy some pieces from the AH for my level 60 because he was too low ilvl which just heirlooms
Then something is not quite right, indeed. I don’t have sub 60 to test.

I remember when I had timewalking dungeons events done above level 36 for my ret paladin and enh shaman
“Minimum Level:** Players level 35 and above are eligible to participate.”
Again only reading is required, just past the part you quoted.
