Do you still need to be 70 to start the Emerald Dream campaign in Dragonflight?

So I completed Dragonflight, including the Emerald Dream, on my Warrior but the portal isnt there for my 54 Druid and I want to get the ED druid forms,

I read somewhere that you need to be 70 and complete some questing but is this still valid after Midnight’s launch? I saw some info saying you dont need to do anything to get to ED

EDIT: Just hit 70 on another character and the portal showed up, although I am not sure if it was there befire as i didnt check

Yes, you need 70, and you do need to have completed some stuff, but I’m honestly not sure what, exactly.

The portal not being there is a common problem, and usually the answer is to do the quest chain starting with Fire Season
