Dps shaman lf heroic/mythic guild

Hello i am Rhews and i am looking for a guild to push into mythic with/heroic and then mythic.

My raiding history before shadowlands has been in Legion and Bfa were i did aotc and some mythic and joined guilds that promised mythic but never delivered so here i am in SL looking for a guild to take me there. Right now i have only done normal and 3 bosses in heroic but have read up on bosses and believe it shouldn’t be a problem mechanics wise. And as of writing this i am 199 ilevel.

What you can expect from me:
100% attendance (if nothing out of the ordinary happens)
Read up on bosses/my class.
Not afraid to use voice.
Willing to improve and accept criticism.
Not a raid logger.
Not afraid to take a joke and banter
Switching spec if another becomes the best

What i’m looking for:
A raiding guild willing to progress into mythic with an good attitude.
Raid times between 19:30-23:00 server time 2-3 days a week.
