Drop rate of [Renewed Proto-Drake: Embodiment of the Blazing]

Hi, I have always hunted the final raid boss mount appearances and got the first 2 without too much grinding, but this one is truly getting to me. I have done the raid on LFR 8 times per week since it opened and I still don’t have it. I also do it on normal and heroic on my main char every week. Is there a chance it dropped and I didnt see e.g. is there a way to search my deleted items? Or find out if it ever dropped?

According to Wowhead, drop rate of this one is much much lower that previous ones, around 0.3% (which is roughly once in 330 kills). I have 56 kills so far and also no manuscript.
