[Druid/ Community RP] The Weald of Seradane 🌲

:evergreen_tree: :shinto_shrine: The Weald of Seradane :shinto_shrine: :evergreen_tree:

A Cenarion Hermitage in the Hinterlands

High in the Hinterlands lies Seradane, an ancient weald where ruins are softened by moss and the forest nurtures.

The Weald of Seradane is a roleplay community based here, serving as a hermitage and outpost of the Cenarion Circle. It is a place where Druids live, study, teach, and serve, and where others may come seeking peace, reflection, or purpose beneath the boughs.

:evergreen_tree: The Weald: Our Community :evergreen_tree:

In character, the Weald is a small but active Cenarion presence. Young Druids are taught their calling, senior Druids reside and tend the land, and those weary from the wider world may find refuge for a time. The Weald is neutral ground, rooted in druidic tradition and Cenarion values. Conflict and factional tensions find no purchase here.

Out of character, we are a calm, community-led RP hub focused on slower-paced, character-driven storytelling. Seradane is our shared home base, a place characters return to between journeys. We lean into RP that is low to the ground, slice-of-life and lo-fi in its cosyness. We aspire to be like a pocket of Moonglade in the Eastern Kingdoms.

:camping: The Cenarion Hermitage: Our Guild :camping:

Those who formally join the hermitage do so through the guild , taking the Oath of the Weald and committing to its role as a place of learning, service, and care. One does not need to join the guild to be part of our community.

:seedling: Our Roleplay :seedling:

We host a mix of walk-up RP and structured events, including:

  • Druidic lessons for learners and apprentices
  • Cenarion missions focused on restoration, balance, and stewardship
  • Ritual and reflection, such as meditations and seasonal rites
  • Creative and social gatherings, including poetry walks and Seradane Sunday socials

Events are gentle in tone and open to guild members, friends, and visitors unless stated otherwise. We advertise them on our Discord server, on the Argent Dawn EU Roleplay Server and on the Argent Archives. We’ll also post them here on the forums.

:people_hugging: Who is the Weald for? :people_hugging:

  • Druids of all races and experience levels and non-druid members of the Cenarion Circle
  • Non-Circle folk with a natural place in Seradane, such as Sentinels, priestesses, herbalists, craftsfolk, or civilians looking for a home
  • Travellers and friends seeking a quiet RP anchor or place of return
  • Players new to RP or Druidic RP will find plenty of support and encouragement

We are neutral and open to characters from both factions who can honour Cenarion ground and peace. We hope you like Nettle Tea!

:evergreen_tree: Joining the Weald :evergreen_tree:

Visitors are welcome to come to Seradane and take part in the life of our community and to put down roots if they so wish.

Those wishing to formally join may speak with the Elder and take the Oath of the Weald when ready. There is no rush, growth here is patient and narrative-led.

:tea: Our Community Values :tea:

  • Tranquility – a drama-free, calm RP space
  • Refuge – a place to return to, reflect, and renew
  • Growth – learning and change at your own pace
  • Community – shared intent, mutual respect, and care

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions you might have here or on our Discord Server - https://discord.gg/xeGPfREAmE

We look forward to welcoming you home to our Weald, offering you the warmth of our campfire and the peace of our protection.

Got several chances to rp with this Group and many different people in Seradane. I’m happy to see the grove alive like this with such lovely people

I love this little bubble of RP not too typical for Eastern Kingdoms. If you are looking for chill and calm nature-oriented play no matter faction or race, this is the right place. Also suitable for beginner roleplayers who are afraid of refusal or crowds, as everybody in Seradane is very kind.

A great community, very welcoming folk who are integral to roleplay outside of the city hubs.

K’var possesses initiative when it comes to actively roleplaying out solutions, guidance and mentorship.

Keep the peace, and they will welcome you no matter your character’s origin.

Sounds like a great place for a returning roleplayer such as myself (been 10 years) who doesn’t have much free time anymore.

I might check it out if I ever decide on Troll or Tauren

Hey! You’d be more than welcome on Troll or Tauren, both are great!

We also appreciate how hard it can be to find time to relax into RP, so when ever you find a moment and you want to share it with us we’ll be glad to welcome you!

The community around Seradane is truly amazing. Kvár leads the events with great care and remarkable RP storytelling. There’s always time to socialize afterwards, and I’ve met many interesting characters though this.

If you have the time - then come.
All events are different (which is a feat in itself!).

Everyone is welcomed here <3
