Easy balance fix for feral druids in M+

Hi,
I have a suggestion of how to make feral more competitive.
Make mighty bash and Typhoon baseline.
Replace typhoon in the balance affinity talent with trees.

That will make us have enough utility and still do okay damage. At least with the 9.2 set bonus, that should help our AOE out.

Treants for Feral would be very nice.

The AOE damage needs a huge buff. Nobody will waste the Berserk cooldown in trash groups only for the upcoming 4p tier set bonus.
