Doing less dmg with 145 I lvl than a green geared fresh 80 mage or dk, and 1/3 the dmg than a myth geared Shadow priest.
Outside of Asc and hero my spells hit softer than from my Resto Druid.

Burst every 2 min and you finished an m + dead last, equal to an healer atm
Might need to look into that issue on your own end then.
At the moment elemental is in a pretty okish spot, solid middle of the pack in raid.
Strange, in US there a multiple posts that ele does crap dmg in m+ and is way behind other classes. And in YouTube Same issus. But what do they all know i guess
Yeah posts are just people complaining.
You can check warcraft logs for data on that issue. In raids ele is solid middle of the pack, and in keys they also seem to be doing ok.
The fact that random people are saying that ele is bad, does not say anything other than their perception. I can trust them or my lying eyes.
For reference,the data that I saw is raid statistics in warcraftlogs for mythic pre-patch, and top logs for dungeons that had elemental shamans in them. That is public data and you can easily check for yourself.
What is ok for you? Other classes do 3 times the dmg of Ele atm, If thats ok for you i accept that, but i think ele is missing some buffs on dmg outside of Hero and Asc.
Ele shamans in general are doing more or less the same damage as other classes.
If you see that other classes are doing 3 times your damage, it is not an elemental issue, but a you issue.
A fun to play , high dps , “gotta love it”-class shaman … and ofc. Blizzard is gonna F’ it up, cos that is what Blizzard does best !
