I checked Necro Elemental on PTR and it looks sick. With Flame Shock on 2 targets and constant uptime I have permanent Fire Elemental constant procs and when I pop Primordial Wave and cast Lavaburst I have around 50% Haste.
what’s different from 9.1.?
Your tier set makes you deal 20% more damage with Lavaburst while Fire Elemental is up and it also generates extra proc every 8 sec.
4 set extends Fire Elemental duration by 1,5 with every Lavaburst and has a chance to lower cd with 10 sec when Elemental is not up. With Flame Shock on two targets and Haste bonus from Necro legendary you have permanent Fire Elemental. You have an insane amount of procs as well thanks to both Haste boost and Elemental.
