End-Game is a Full-Time-Job (Not for casuals)

What is mandatory and what is not is your choice stop using word wrongly.

By your flawed logic everything is mandatory btw.

just put him on ignore is the best choice its some unemployed troll nothing more who spams the forum 24/7 wasted time to get into his 5iq brain.

if you were a pro forum anything, you would take some time away from trolling people to go and learn to read and speak UNDERSTANDABLE English.

So far, nobody has suggested taking away from you, anything that you want or like to do.

So far, nobody has asked for blizzard to give them a free ride.

I wasn’t going to reply to you again but you just had to start trolling other people.

You talk a lot cant even express in your own words what you want to do and what you can not do .

Why don’t they get banned though? Honestly, if I troll someone on these forums for even 3 posts, I would be banned for no less than 48 hours. It totally restricts me from double posting, and this person is spamming away with up to 4 posts in a row with no consequences. What on earth is going on here?

In order to get silence or ban, I think you need to flag a post. So far I haven’t seen any post flag here.

clicks flag
“You’ve performed this action too many times. Please wait 20 hours before trying again.”

“Threads may end up becoming automatically locked for 24 hours if enough flags are received.” and that is exactly what trolls hope to achieve, isn’t it now.

That Holystyle troll appears in every thread about anything negative about essences… I wouldn’t take any of his/her/its words seriously.

Perhaps you’re right. Thing is, you cannot instantly stop a poster from posting.
Moderators will do their job if they consider appropriate to apply certain countermeasures.

O, so they are well known for trolling. How strange.

Yes, I once got banned for asking someone to stop trolling, and they were accompanied by a group of friends (regular posters) who all flagged me.

See, this is what is wrong with WoW. This is the bottleneck in the feedback loop which I mentioned in the first post here.

Anyone comes to suggest that things be different to how the forum mob wishes things to be, and their topic gets spammed until it is locked. The uncommon face gets trolled off the forums. The locked topic gets pushed down the boards and if it happens to get unlocked, everyone forgets about it and moves on.

Forum grind ey…

Once upon a time, there were 12 million players in the World of Warcraft. The forums were infamous around the internet. Thousands of players would come to give their feedback, suggestions and support to the game.

Now, only a handful remain.

Time to remove that old player promotion (green poster) system on the forums ey?

No idea… I’d never get it. I can’t even get my trust level 3 back

There shouldn’t be a pecking order between players here.

If they want to allow any players to do anything special, then moderating their own topic might be nice. Other than that, nothing is going to be a good thing.

Regulars spamming and shouting down new posters… Trolling as politely as possible in order to avoid being banned. Not a good thing.

Edit:

I recently created a 3D model. I showed it to my friends, and asked them to give me some feedback. They all said things like “Wow that’s impressive” and none of them said a bad thing about it.

So I published the model on a website where people can sell 3D models. Nobody wanted it. I knew it wasn’t quite right, but when you are developing something yourself, after spending so much time looking at it, you just need some negative feedback and constructive criticism in order to add the final touch.

Then I showed it to one friend, and finally I got that level of honesty which I needed. Updated the model, and then people downloaded it and appreciated the art I had created.

The point here is that, Blizzard need to hear all the negative feedback in order to fix this game. Do they honestly think that it isn’t broken? All they get is the voice of the regular forum posters, who suck up in order to try and get that green poster badge. Or in order to survive on such a forum as a regular poster.

It is time, for Blizzard to stop listening to the regulars on the forums, to look at what was good about WoW in the days of Lich King and Deathwing. Then replicate that!

Fix the game, bring back the players, and make WoW for the casual gamers once more.

Down with suck-ups and elitists.

Peace!

One of many good reasons why wow is awful and has been for years now

So much drivel in this thread…

It’s perfectly fine for a casual with limited time to not be doing high end game content. I think that’s obvious.

As it should be. People who spend 8 hours 7 days per week on one character should be far ahead of someone who logs in once a week for a 30 min +10.

Bro how can you even keep a straight face while posting 35 replies in a single hour in this thread all while calling other people trolls and disagreeing with everything (no matter what it is, even going as far as contradicting your own previous points just to disagree once more)? Thats a severe lack of self reflection if I ever saw one.
