How do people justify store mounts and ingame store for a game you pay to play?

Please sell me the idea and justify the reason why there’s a need for an ingame store for a game we already pay to play. From the simple view, if you buy something ingame, like a mount or a transmog, you are practically paying double the price for something you would’ve naturally gotten anyway.

Here’s a thread from 3 days ago where I was complaining about the cash shop. That is a money grab and an issue.

Just because I like steaks doesn’t mean I’m pro animal abuse. That’s the same level of analysis you’re doing here and now. Time to stop seeing things in black and white, I’m not a robot programmed to kill all Blizzard shills (unlike some people), my opinion changes given the context.
