Epic Gem transmutes not available at the trainer

Hello in Wotlk Classic with the Alchemy profession I can not learn the [Epic Gem Transmutes] to transmute Rare Gems to Epic Gems at the trainers.
As far as I know its not learned by Northend Alchemy Research but should be available at the trainers.
My skill level is 450 and I can not learn the Epic Gem transmutes at any of the Northend Alchemy Trainers. They are not listed at the trainer. Not under already known or under not Available. I can accept the Quest Cardinal Ruby in Dalaran but cant complete it.

Same happend to me, it doenst show on trainer so i dont know how im supossed to complete the quest and be able to make all those transmutes…

allways nice that bugs from 14? years aggo are still there with no fix

Same issue, and ive noticed that transmute mastery works really poorly. made around 20-30 transmutes and only 1 was lucky one

Epic Gem transmute will be available when Ulduar is released
