Yes its up to date.
And game bar is disabled in windows.

We have done everything possible so far. The only other thing would be to test it with a clean interface. If that doesn’t help, please submit a bug report so that it can be further investigated.

The chrases with AMD cards are caused by setting AA.
I tried all the aviable repairs frome EU and US sites (non of them say anithing about AA, just dx11-12 and shader chace, but those are not the solution).
Only thing that does the trick is disabeling any kind of AA (MSAA, FXAA, CMAA ect.).
Any other setting can be enabled.
